摘要
取3.0mm厚的SUS301L板按国标制成电阻点焊剪切拉伸试样,在ZMD_100型万能材料试验机上对其进行剪切拉伸试验.测定了焊点尺寸和硬度分布,分析了焊核的微观组织和化学成分,对断口进行了扫描电镜及能谱分析.试验表明,在现有的工艺参数下,该点焊接头的剪切强度满足设计标准和日本工业标准,焊核组织和成分较纯净,焊点的塑性较好.
Resistance spot welding shear tensile specimen was made of SUS301L plate in thickness of 3.0 mm on the basis of Chinese Standard. Tensile shear experiment was carried out on ZMD-100 material testing machine. The diameter and hardness of the welding joint nuggets was found. The microstructure and the chemical composition of the welding joint was tested. The fracture was analyzed by experiment methods such as scanning electron microscopy and photoelectron spectrometry. The results show that the spot welding joint with existing welding technical parameter satisfies design standards and the shear strength requirement of Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS), the extraneous composition of the welding joint nuggets is lower and the spot welding joint has a better plastic capability.
