高校核心竞争力刍议——兼论江苏科技大学核心竞争力的培育问题

Improvement of the Core Competitiveness in Universities—Some Proposals for Jiangsu University of Science and Technology to Develop Its Core Competitiveness

面对日益激烈的国内外高校竞争,如何培育和提升高校核心竞争力,是大学管理者不容回避的重大理论和实践课题。本文从更新观念、加强学科建设、构建大学人文精神等三个方面加以论述,并就江苏科技大学核心竞争力的培育问题谈几点粗浅认识。

In the face of increasingly severe competition among universities both at home and abroad,how to develop and promote the core competitiveness has been unavoidably quite an important subject in both theory and practice. This article deals with this problem in the renewal of modes and thought,reinforcement of school courses construction and the building of humanistic spirit, and expresses my shallow knowledge about the problem of cultivation of core competitiveness in Jiangsu University of science and Technology.
