摘要
采用手术方法造成周围神经损伤的动物模型,术后分成电针、推拿和红外线理疗三种方法对神经损伤动物进行治疗。分别于术后1、3、5月对各组动物作比目鱼肌、胫后肌和跖肌肉眼与湿重,比目鱼肌最大肌肉横切面积与酶组化切片,肌肉常规组织学切片的观察。结果显示周围神经损伤后电针和推拿治疗能有效地改善失神经肌肉的结构、代谢和功能失调状态,其中,对肌肉萎缩恢复上电针优于推拿治疗,对肌肉酶代谢恢复上,推拿优于电针治疗。红外线理疗对失神经肌肉有一定影响。
In this study,the rabbit model of peripheral nerve injury was made by operation,the injuried rabbits were treated respectively by electropuncture(E),manipulation(Ma)and infrared physiotherapy(IP)after operation.The macroscopy and wet weight of soleus,tibialis posterior muscles and plantaris muscles were studied respectively 1,3 and 5 months after operation.The results showed that E and Ma could improve the imbalance of structure,metabolism and function of denervated muscles.E was superior to Ma in the recovery of amyotrophy,but Ma was superior to E in the recovery of enzyme metabolism.IP coulb affect the denervated muscles to certain extent.
