摘要
用三对材质和磨纹相同但齿高不同的磨片,对同样的草浆进行低浓打浆,模拟实验研究了盘磨机打浆过程中由于磨片磨损使齿高降低、齿槽变浅,对打浆质量和动力消耗的影响。
Low consistency refining experiment of straw pulp with three different disc refiner plates which were made of the same material and had the same plate pattern and various plate bar height was carried out.The effect of refiner plate bar height decreasing and the plate groove depth decreasing which were caused by wearing during the refining on the pulp quality and energy consumption was investigated by the imitating study.The results showed that the best pulp strength development and the less energy consumption were realized when bar height ranged from 9. 3mm to 10. 3mm.
