厚朴直肠给药的研究

Reseach on Rectal Administration of Bark of Official Magnolia

建立厚朴有效成分厚朴酚血药浓度荧光测定法后，采用Ｌ＿４（２￣３）正交设计，找出厚朴直肠给药的最佳条件。再以厚朴口服给药与直肠给药后厚朴酚血药浓度及ＡＵＣ进行比较，结果表明直肠给药吸收快、生物利用度高。应用改良离体外翻肠囊法进行厚朴直肠给药体外实验，结果与体内实验一致。

Fluorescence assay was applied to the determination of magnolol in rabbit blood,and the best way to administratethe bark of official magnolia per rectal was established by orthogonal test. Then the two routes of administration werecompared by AUC of magnolol and per rectal was found better than P. O. In addition,the modified isolated rectum-bagmethod was applied successfully to the research on rectal administration of bark of official magnolia.
