《红楼梦》以高超的手法描绘了贾府众多宴饮。这些描写不仅表现出各种人物的性格,反映了这个封建大家庭由盛而衰的变化,更折射出中国饮食文化的深厚内涵,其特征可概括为精美、和谐、典雅。
The Chinese literary classic The Dream of the Red Mansion has numerous eating scenes of various scales, which, while giving vivid depictions of the characters and the vicissitudes of the society, reflect the profound food culture of ancient China, summed up as delicacy, gracefulness and harmoniousness. These are also the humanistic pursuit of the ancient Chinese people in general.
