三花接骨散促进骨折愈合临床实验研究

Clinical Experimental Study of Union by Powder of Three Flowers for Bone-Knitting

三花接骨散是中药复方，基础实验研究表明：三花接骨散具有抗炎、镇痛、改善微循环和促进骨折愈合的作用。为了证明其机理，我们应用三花接骨散和对照药物对４５０例骨折患者进行系统的临床观察研究，结果表明：三花接骨散有效率达９７．６％，与对照组比较（Ｐ＜０．０１），有非常显著差异。在骨痂Ｘ线评分、消肿、止痛等方面进行统计学处理，均表明三花接骨散优于对照药物组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。我们认为三花接骨散是骨伤科临床理想的药物。

Powder of Three Flowers for Bone- Knitting(POTFFBK)is a compound prescription of Chinese drugs.The basic experimental study showed that it the effects of anti-imflammation,analgesia,improvement of microcirculation and promotion of union,In order to prove its mechanism,we used POTFFBK to have a systematic clinical study in 450 cases of bone fracture with the control drug.The result showed that the effective rate of POTFFBK is 97.6%compared with the contrd group(P<0.01) with a remarkable difference;The statistics showed that POTFFBK is better than the contrd group(P<0.01)in respects of callus X-ray evaluation,detumescence and analgesia.We consider that POTFFBK is an ideal drug in the clinic of traumatology and orthopedics.
