摘要
用化学酰亚胺技术首先合成含完全酰亚胺环的单体,然后与Na2S常压聚合,从而在聚芳硫醚分子主链中引入了刚性的酰亚胺环,合成聚芳硫醚砜酰亚胺(PASSI),并对单体及聚合物进行表征,通过热分析得出聚合物的玻璃化温度为252.4℃,热分解温度为484.9℃,表明PASSI具有优良的热性能,是一种新型耐热树脂。
In order to enhance the thermal properties of the polyarylene sulfides, a new monomer containing imides ring was synthesized by fully chemical imidization method, then the monomer polymerized with sodium sulfide under high temperature (200 ℃) utilizing N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP) as solvent and the stiff ring of imides fully imidized structure were introduced into the polyarylene sulfide backbone. A novel heat-resistant material polyarylene sulfide sulfone imide (PASSI) was synthesized successfully. Monomer and polymer were characterized by conventional methods. The polymer possesses excellent thermal properties, the glass transition temperature T_g=(252.4) ℃, thermal decompose temperature T_d=(484.9) ℃.
