摘要
研究了不同物种的血红细胞的拉曼光谱,采用一个波长为785nm的半导体激光束来囚禁血红细胞和激发血红细胞的拉曼光谱。结果显示不同物种血红细胞的拉曼光谱在1603cm-1苯丙氨酸和色氨酸的C=C平行振动模及1616cm-1酪氨酸和色氨酸的C=C拉伸模有明显的差异,这可以用来作为不同种血红细胞鉴定的特征标记,表明激光镊子拉曼光谱技术可以成为血红细胞分析的有效手段。
The Raman spectra of blood cells of different species are investigated using a laser tweezers Raman Spectroscopy (LTRS).In our system,a low-power diode laser at 785?nm was applied for both the trapping of a blood cell and the excitation of its Raman spectrum.Visual inspection of spectra shows that the differences observed in spectra of different cells in band intensities at 1?603?cm^(-1)(C=C in-plane bending mode of phenylalanine and tyrosine) and 1?616?cm^(-1)(C=C stretching mode of tyrosine and tryptophan) are obvious.This can be used as the marks for blood cell of different species.And LTRS is a useful tool for the blood cell analysis.
