摘要
常德会战是发生在中国抗日战争战略相持阶段后期、中日双方投入较大兵力的一次大会战,是抗日战争正面战场诸战役中少有的、令世人为之瞩目的一次“惨胜”。常德会战的“惨胜”,充分体现了中国广大爱国官兵所具有的爱国精神和民族气节。值此世界各国隆重纪念世界反法西斯战争胜利60周年之际,回顾此次会战,既有重要的历史意义,更有强烈的现实意义。
The miserable victory in Changde Campaign embodies the patriotic spirit and national integrity of the Chinese army. It is of great historical and practical significance to review the battle to observe the 60th anniversary of the victory of the world anti-fascist war.
