作者回顾性分析６０例骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的影像学表现，着重探讨其影像学的特点，并认为ＣＴ对显示骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的结构，尤其对于钮扣样死骨和软组织肿块的发现，优于Ｘ线平片。
