海水养殖杂交鲟耗氧量、耗氧率和窒息点的研究 被引量:23

摘要 研究了海水养殖条件下杂交鲟的耗氧量、耗氧率和窒息点,结果表明:在平均水温10.5℃,平均盐度26.7,平均pH值7.8的养殖条件下,体重272.2~384.7g,体长38.5~42.9cm的杂交鲟耗氧量为18314.17~31328.99mg/h,耗氧率为63.93~102.14mg/kg·h,窒息点为0.51~0.63mg/L。在一定范围内杂交鲟的耗氧率随水温的升高而提高;耗氧率随盐度上升而下降;pH值对杂交鲟的耗氧率也有一定的影响。此外还与淡水养殖条件下,杂交鲟的耗氧量、耗氧率和窒息点进行了比较。 The effects of salinity,temperature and pH on oxygen uptake and oxygen uptake rate and asplyxiation point were researched in this paper, with hybrid sturgeon samples of 272.4~394.7 g body weight and 38.5~42.9 cm body length. The results were as follows:the oxygen uptake and oxygen uptake rate were 18314.17~31328.99 mg/h and 63.93~102.14 mg/kg·h respectively,the oxygen uptake and oxygen uptake rate raised with the increase of water temperature,the oxygen uptake rate decreased with the increase of body weight and raised with the increase of pH.The asphyxiation point of hybrid sturgeon with average body weight of 385.5 g was 0.51 mg/L,and the asphyxiation point decreased with the increase of body weight.
