医学影像存储与传输系统的发展与应用

摘要 21世纪,是社会信息网络化、数字化的世纪。随着现代医学科技的迅猛发展,数字化与信息技术越来越广泛地渗入到医学领域。在医学影像学方面,突出表现为越来越多的成像方式在向数字化技术转化。医学影像存储与传输系统PACS便于数字化影像保存、传输与复制,并可融入医院的网络信息环境,同其它数据进行整合。目前国外PACS系统已趋成熟,国内许多医院PACS建设已经达到了一定的程度和规模,但由于种种原因,尚未达到比较理想状态,未能真正体现出PACS的优越性,常常造成投资和信息资源的巨大浪费。国内PACS建设必须结合中国国情和各个医院的各自特点,充分考虑中文化的PACS,只有这样才能让PACS发挥其应有的作用。
