医学影像存储与传输系统的发展与应用

摘要 21世纪，是社会信息网络化、数字化的世纪。随着现代医学科技的迅猛发展，数字化与信息技术越来越广泛地渗入到医学领域。在医学影像学方面，突出表现为越来越多的成像方式在向数字化技术转化。医学影像存储与传输系统PACS便于数字化影像保存、传输与复制，并可融入医院的网络信息环境，同其它数据进行整合。目前国外PACS系统已趋成熟，国内许多医院PACS建设已经达到了一定的程度和规模，但由于种种原因，尚未达到比较理想状态，未能真正体现出PACS的优越性，常常造成投资和信息资源的巨大浪费。国内PACS建设必须结合中国国情和各个医院的各自特点，充分考虑中文化的PACS，只有这样才能让PACS发挥其应有的作用。
