脊髓内外减压治疗胸腰段脊髓损伤（附111例报告）

作者于１９８４年设计了脊髓内外减压术。经１１１例手术，治疗完全性截瘫６６例，有效率３６％；不完全截瘫３０例，有效率９３％；圆锥马尾损伤１５例术后均有不同程度恢复。证实该手术减压彻底，疗效明显，是目前治疗脊髓损伤较理想的方法之一。

AbstractThe authors designed a method of intra-and extra-decompression of spinal cord in 1984.111 operations hadbeen performed using this method.Among them 66 com-plete paraplegia patients were cured,36 percent were ef-fective;30 incomplete paraplegia petients were cured , 93porcent were effeotive and 15 comc cauda equma injuriespetients were eured, all of them had recovered in differentdegrees.The results had confirmed that this method is one of the ideal ways to treat spinal cord injuries ,which de-compressed the spinal cord thoroughly.
