摘要
素质教育的首要标志就是要面向全体学生,尤其是后进生的教育转化工作。通过对后进生自身心理特点的分析。阐述影响后进生进步的负面心理效应。同时提出后进生的教育转化对策:激发学习兴趣;给予一定的心理期待;使其获得成功的体验;及时给予肯定和表扬;倾听心声给予关爱;强化自我教育能力培养;优化全方位心理环境;耐心细致持之以恒。
The major emblem of quality education is facing all the students, especially education and conversion of the students lagged behind. Through thorough physical and mental analysis of the students, try to find out the negative psychological effect that influences the students. At the same time, try to find out the solutions to convert the students lagged behind: cultivate their learning interest, give them some expectations, let them experience the feel of success, give them moderate praise and criticism in time, listen to them and give them love and care, strengthen their self-teaching sense, improve their psychological environment. Be patient and careful with the students and be persistent.
