肾脏移植术后应用OKT_3治疗难治性排斥反应

OKT_3 in the management of rejection after renal transplantation

对２６例肾脏移植术后出现难治性排斥反应而接受ＯＫＴ３治疗的患者，进行治疗前后ＩＬ－１，ＩＬ－６和ＴＮＦ－α的监测。使用ＯＫＴ３治疗急性加速排斥反应的治愈率８８．９％（８／９），有效率为１００％；急性难治性排斥反应治愈率为６６．７％（１０／１５），有效率为７３．３％（１１／１５）；慢性排斥反应无效。

cases of irresistible rejection after renal transplantation were managed by OKT3,with monitoring of interleukin-1,inerleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)both before and after the treatment.8 out of 9 accelerate acute rejections and 10 out of 15 anti-steroid rejections were successfully reversed.OKT3,was not effective for chronic rejection.The method of OKT3,application and its side effects were discussed in detail.
