摘要 目的为提高医院专职陪护人员的职业素质,更好地服务患者。方法把陪护人员纳入医院管理范畴,制定陪护工职责、管理制度,由专职护理人员对陪护工进行岗前指导、生活护理技能等的培训;加强自我防护、减少医院外来人员的流动,预防医院交叉感染。结果专职陪护人员的整体素质及生活护理能力得到提高,促进患者早日康复,减轻家属的负担。结论医院对专职陪护人员的培训和规范化管理,能提高专职陪护人员的整体素质和生活护理能力,达到患者、医院、陪护工三方多赢的结果。 Objective To improve professional diathesis of full time accompanying nursing personnel at hospital, and offer better service to the patients at the hospital. Methods The accompanying nursing (not the professional nursing) personnel management was brought into hospital management. First, we established the rules for management and responsibility of accompanying workers, and then training and instruction about the living nursing skills were given to the accompanying workers before they go to work. Second, we strengthen self-protection and prevent from intercross infection at the hospital. Results The diathesis of full time accompanying personnel was improved, the onus of patients’ family numbers decreased and the flow of hospital extra people was lowered. Conclusions Training and standardized management on full time accompanying nursing personnel can improve professional diathesis and eventually achieve benefiting patients; hospital and the accompanying personnel.
