摘要
采用大鼠肝缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察了川芎嗪对肝缺血再灌注损伤的防护作用。结果提示:川芎嗪可显著减少血清转氨酶、LDH的溢出;减轻肝缺血再灌注后肝细胞病理性损伤;明显降低肝组织LPO、TXB2的升高;维持缺血及再灌注期SOD活性。川芎嗪通过抑制肝缺血再灌注时氧自由基产生,提高组织抗氧化能力,维持W/K平衡。
he protective effects of tetramethypyrazine (TMP)on ischemia-reperfusion liver
injurywere studied by using a l20-minute warm ischemia-reperfusion rat model.serum
enzymelevels and the amount of hepatic lipid peroxides (LPO) and
thromboxaneB2(TXB2)weresignificantly increased during liver ischemia-reperfusion; the
increment was significantlyinhibited by TMP treatment. The hepatic superoxide dismutase
(SOD)activity graduallydecreased being higher in the TMP-treated than in the untreated groups.
Liver pathology bylight microscopy was much less pronounced in the TMP group. These
results suggested thatTMP could protect the liver against ischemia-reperfusion injury.
