羚龙清热液的解热作用机理探讨 被引量:8

摘要 家兔iv内毒素后,在体温升高的同时,血浆cAMP含量与cAMP/cGMP亦显著升高。羚龙清热液给家兔以5.4/g/kg直肠灌药,可以抑制内毒素的致热作用,在解热的同时也抑制血浆cAMP含量与cA/cG比值的升高。羚龙清热液无抗感染、抗内毒素中毒作用。因此,其解热机理可能与抑制体内cAMP含量升高有关。 In this study, the antipyrelic effect of Linglong Quigre Liquid (LQL) in rabbits was ob-served. It was found that alter intravenous injection of endotoxin, the body temperature of rabbits was in-creased and the plasma cAMP level and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP were also increased significantly, and theincreased body temperature, cAMP level and cAMP/cGMP ratio were reduced by LQL through enema.However, no anti-infection nor antiendotoxin effect was elicited by LQL. It is concluded that the tuiupyreticmechanism of LQL may be related to the reduction of the increased plasina cAMP level.
