摘要
69例骨干骨折不愈合、迟延愈合的生物力学分析表明,骨折断端的应力状态与骨折固定周围力学环境的生物力学不相容性,将导致一系列的问题。如内固定物松动、断裂,骨痂稀少不连接等。因此,在选择固定材料和治疗方法时应遵循生物学和力学原则,既简单易行可靠,又不干扰骨的生理和力学环境,采用弹性外固定和功能锻炼,完全利用功能情况下的力学状态去促进骨修复。
A biomechanical analysis in 69 cases of non-unioned or delay-unioned diaphysial fracture showed that the biomechamical incompatibility between the stress conditions of fractured fragments and the mechanical surroundings of fracture fixation could result in a series of problems, such as loosened or fractured implants for external fixation , little callus, nonunioned fracture and so on.Therefore,the fixating materials and treatment methods should be selected according to the biological and mechanical principles , which could be simple and reliable as well as bring about no intervention in the physiologicaland meckanical surroundings of the bone; the bone repair should be accelerated by elastic external fixation and functional exercises, which could put it in the full functional mechanical conditions.
