摘要
该文以玉米种子为材料研究了钙对种子活力的影响。在0~40mmol/LCa(2+)水平,低浓度的钙离子对#种子的发芽率和活力均有提高作用,随着浓度升高作用减弱,最适浓度为10mmol/L。Ca(2+)对GA有加成作用,对ABA有拮抗作用。EDTA和EGTA能降低种子活力,2.5和10mmol/LCa(2-)能部分解除EDTA和EGTA对种子活力的抑制作用。
The effects of calcium on vigor of Zea mays L. seeds were studied' Among 0-40 mmol/LCa(2-) levels. germination percentage and vigor of seed were improved by low Ca(2-) concentration.and were decreased by high Ca(2-)concentration. The optimum concentration was 10 mmol/LCa(2-), It was shown that the effects of Ca(2+) and gibberellin were additive in the enhancement of seed vigor, and that Ca(2-) could antagonize the inhibitive effect of abscisic acid on seed vigor. EDTA and EGTA could decrease seed vigor, but Ca(2+) concentration of 2. 5 and 10 mmol/L could partially remove the inhibitory effect of EDTA and EGTA on seed vigor.
