小麦种子衰老的生理生化分析 被引量:19

摘要 测定了人工老化小麦种子的多项生理生化指标。结果表明,衰老种胚的过氧化氢酶活性明显低于正常种胚,而种子重量、α-淀粉酶活性、电导值、MDA及TTC还原量等在衰老与正常种子中的差异均不显著.说明小麦种子衰老的一个重要原因是过氧化氢酶活性降低,H2O2积累,从而造成了细胞毒害。 Sorne physiological and biochemical indexes of artificial ageing wheat seeds were analyzed. The results showed the activity of catalase of senescent seedembryo was obviously lower than that of normal seedembryo. But the seed weight, α- amylase activity, conductance value, MDA and the reduction value of TTC had nosignificant difference between senescent and normal seeds. Those indicated that an important reason for senescence of wheat seeds was the decreasing of catalase activity and the accumulating of H2O2, which resulted in cell damaged.
