摘要
根据抽油杆锻模的年消耗量,从模具结构、能源消耗、模具寿命及各镶块模寿命同步等方面,论述了降低模具成本和提高模具利用率的途径,指出一般以组合凹模为宜,但对大直径超高强度抽油杆,为了减小设备规格,以采用整体锻模为宜。根据组合凹模各镶块的工作特征,从保证锻件质量和提高模具利用率出发,设计了合理的镶块结构及其制造材料。最后介绍了CH75新模具钢在高温下的性能,用它作抽油杆锻模,可大大提高使用寿命。
According to the annual consumption of forging dies for sucker reds, the approaches to reducing the cost of the dies and improving the dies' utilization ratio are expounded in such aspects as the die's structure, power consumption,die's life and synchronous life of each die insert.It is indicated that the combined concave die should be used generally,and as for large diameter sucker reds with super-high strength, the integral die should be adopted.According to the working characteristic of each insert of the combined die, rational structures and materials for the inserts are designed. In addition, a new die steel -CH75 steel, good for sucker red forging-is introduced.
