摘要
观察25个苹果品种果实的组织结构发现,果实的角质层、表皮、果皮及果肉的组织结构各具有品种的特征,可供品种鉴定和分类的参考,又可帮助了解果实组织结构与果实物理特性的关系.
Twenty-five apple varieties -were used to study the organization structure of fruits. It was found that the organization structures of the cuticle, epidermis, peel and pulp were the characteristic of variety and can be used as a reference for classification and identification on apple varieties, and also can be used to study the relationship between the organization structure and physical characteristic of fruits.
