摘要
对控制巷道底臌的基本原理进行了研究,提出了加固巷道软弱围岩帮、角(主要是底角)控制底臌的新方法。计算机数值模拟及相似材料模拟试验研究表明,加固不同部位对控制底臌均有一定效果。当载荷<1.9MPa时,加固顶板或底板控制底臌的效果均较好;当载荷>1.9MPa时则以加固两帮控制巷道底臌的效果最好,这种方法在柳新煤矿、黄塘岭煤矿进行了井下工业性试验,均获得了控制巷道底臌的显著效果。
The basic principles for control of floor heave are studied. A new method is proposed to reinforce the sidewalls and corners (mainly the lower corners) in soft and weak rocks in gateway for control of floor heave. Numeric analysis using computer and simulation test with equivalent materials show that reinforcement of different positions of the gateway will help to control the floor heave. When the load is less than 1. 9 MPa, the results of reinforcement of roof and floor are good. And when the load is greater than 1. 9 MPa, the results of reinforcement of the sidewalls are good. Underground commercial tests are made in Liuxin and Huangtangling Mines, remarkable results are obtained in control of floor heave.
