摘要 本文通过对正常和免疫受抑小鼠免疫功能的测定,研究了亚硒酸钠(Na_2SeO_3)对小鼠免疫功能的促进作用。实验结果表明:①适宜剂量的Na_2SeO_3对正常小鼠抗绵羊红细胞(SRBC)抗体产生水平无明显影响(P>0.1),但显著促进淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.01)、NK细胞活性(P<0.001)及腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能(P<0.01);②Na_2SeO_3能使环磷酰胺所致免疫受抑小鼠的抗体产生水平和NK细胞活性上升至正常小鼠水平,脾重、淋转率和巨噬细胞吞噬功能则明显高于正常小鼠(P<0.05~0.01)。提示硒可能是机体免疫应答反应的调节剂。 In this study,the Immunologic enhancement of selenium(Na_2SeO_3)on normal and immuno-suppressive mice was studied.The data showed that①A moderate dosage of selenium could significantly en-hance the activities of T lymphocytes,NK cells and macrophages in normal mice(P<0.05~0.01).②Seleni-um could make the activity of NK cells,the serum level of anti-SRBC antibody,the spleen index and the func-tions of lymphocytes and macrophages in the cyclophophamide-treated immunosuppressive mice rise to or ex-ceed the standard of normal mice(P<0. 05~0. 01).The results indicate that selenium may be a potential re-gulator of immune system.
