摘要
本文用热变加工的观点讨论了导弹弹托的热流变机制和成形过程。本文中,材料被认为是具有微极特性的广义连续介质。基于弹粘性微极理论,在本构方程中加入反映材料屈服特性的项λ_p,并将弹一粘性微极本构方程推广为弹一粘一塑性微极本构方程。根据这些条件,得到了描述材料在模腔内流动的基本方程,并建立了柱坐标形式下的流动方程。
In this paper, the thermorheological mechanism and forming process of a certainof missile bracket are discussed in the view of thermorheological working.In this way,the material is considered as generalized continuum possessing micropolar properties.Based on elastic-visco micropolar theory, the term λ_p reflecting yield character isconsidered in constitutive equation, and the elastic-visco micropolar constitutiveequations are developed into elastic-visco-plastic micropola r constitutive equations.According to these conditions, the basic equations for describing material flow in themould are obtained, and the flow equations in cyclindric coordinate are set up.
