摘要
据联合国粮食农业组织统计,在世界上有5~20%的谷物及饲料由于毒变而不能使用。某些霉菌还能产生毒素引起人畜中毒,甚至致癌或死亡。
The inhibition effect of dimethyl fumarate(DMF) on 19 kinds of fungus including Aspergillus, Penicillium, Fusarium, Rhizopus, Mucor and yeast was studied in laboratory. The results indicated that of the fungi tested, the yeast had the highest resistance against DMF, but could be inhibited after exposure to 800 ppm of DMF. Addition of 800~1500 ppm of DMF to the fodder containing 11.45% water could reduce the amount of fungi by 86.9~90.7% within two months. When the water content of fodder increased to 18~25%, addition of DMF and could only delay but not prevent completely the occurrence of mildew the main fungi changed from Aspergillus and Penicillium to yeast.
