摘要
对用于程控交换机的陶瓷和有机PTCR限流元件进行了温度循环、电流冲击及耐雷击波冲击等几项可靠性试验,对两种限流元件失效的理化模型进行了初步的分析。在失效判据电阻率变化相同及试验频率相同的情况下,陶瓷元件寿命优于有机PTCR元件。
emperature cycl,current impulse and lightning stroke tests on the reliability of boththe ceramic resistor and the polymer PTCR elements used for current limiting in the program-controlled exchange have been carried out;Factors affecting the reliability and con-tributing to the failure of both materials have been analyzed.Under the condition of identicalrate of change of resistivity and identical test frequency,the lifetime of the ceramic PTCR el-ements is found to be longer than that of the organic elements.
