摘要
中华大蟾蜍各期胚胎在水中,用0.003W/cm2功率密度的微波剂量处理1—15min。实验结果表明,微波辐射使胚胎外胚层细胞受损,从而导致外胚层所分化的器官如表皮、神经管等的异常发育。
Embryos of various stages of develepment of
Bufo bufo gargarigan were incubat-ed in water medium and irradited with 0.003W/cm2 of
microwave for 1 15 minutes.The viability of the embryos depends on duration microwave
irradiated and thestages of development.It has been found that the longer the treatment time,
the lower thepercentage of viability; The earlier the stage of embryos be treated,the lower the
percentageof viability, i.e.,2 cell stage<8 cell stage<blastula<early gastrula<late gastrula.the
results showed microwave irradiation mainly affect the of embryonic ectoderm leadsto
abnormal development of ectoderm derivative organs,such as,epidermic,meural tubes and
eyeball.
