摘要
本文研究了用湿法消化样品,氢化物—原子荧光法测定人血清中硒含量最佳条件。线性范围0—40.0ng/mL.检测限为1.0ng/mL相对标准偏差为3.5%,平均回收率为98.2%。用该法对合肥地区241例正常人的血清硒水平做了检测评估。
This paper presents the determination of Se in the human serum by HG-AFS. The DLis 1. 0 ng/mL. the RSD is 3. 5%. the linear range is 0-40. 0ng/mL. This method is appliedto detection of 241 normal persons distributing in Hefei. The average recovery is 98. 2 %.This method is accurate, sensitive, rapid and convenient.
