桃树叶片蒸腾速率的研究 被引量:4

摘要 进行了桃树叶片上下表皮、离体叶片和不同部位叶片蒸腾速率的研究,结果表明:上表皮角质蒸腾占叶总蒸腾的比值在一天之中处于变动之中,幼叶及成熟叶的变幅分别为11.79%~32.90%、9.91~21.44%。桃叶离体后其蒸腾速率表现出1分钟内迅速降低而后提高的变化趋势。不同微环境下的叶片的蒸腾日变化存在差异,位于树冠东、西两侧的叶片其蒸腾日变化呈单峰曲线,峰值分别出现在11:00和13:00。位于树冠南侧的叶片其蒸腾日变化呈双峰曲线,峰值出现在10:00和15:00。 he peach leaves were good materials for studying the cuticular transpiration because therewere not stomas in epidermis. The results showed : the proportion of epidermal cuticulartranspiration to total transpiration of leaves fluctuated in a day , the changes of the proportion ofprimary and mature leaves were 11. 79 ~ 32. 90%and9. 91 ~ 2.44%respectively. Thetranspiration rate of detached leaves decreased during 1 min and increased later and the reasonwas obscure. The diurnal variations of transpiration rate of leaves in different microclimate werecompared.The peaks of the diurnal variations of leaves in the east and west of the peach treeappeared at 11 :00 and 1 3 :00, respectively. The diurnal variation of leaves in the southernpart of the peach tree showed double peaks which appeared at 1 0 : 0 0 and 15 :0 0.
