摘要
提取健康成人血浆中的低密度脂蛋白(LDL),与丹参和硝苯吡啶、尼索地平及Cu透析,分别于透析后24、48及72小时从各组LDL中提取脂类进行薄层层析(TLC)。结果显示:①cu可使LDL氧化成oxLDL,TLC示x带、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、磷脂(PL)增加,而胆固醇酯(CE)及甘油三酯(TG)减少;②钙通道拮抗剂+Cu透析与单纯Cu透析结果相似;③丹参+Cu透析的x带显著低于Cu透析组及钙通道拮抗剂组,且脂质成分与透析前相似。结果表明,X带可作为脂质过氧化的一个重要指标,丹参具有拮抗LDL氧化的作用,这可能是其防治心脑血管病的重要机理之一。
The oxidized LDL generated by dialysing LDL from healthy persons with CuCl2 solution was used as a model to investigate the antioxidate property of RSM and nisoldipine nifeldipine(Ni). The results showed that the spot X was clearly found on the thin layer chromatography(TLC)after dialysis of LDL with CuCl2 solution or with nisoldipin nifedipine and CuCl2. However, the spot X was not found in RSM group.The analysis of lipid constituents in LDL by scanning showed that the percentage of spot X in RSM group was significantly lower than those in Cu group and Ni groups. The results indicated that the spot X may be an important indicator for lipoprotein peroxidizability and RSM plays a potential role in antioxidation of LDL Iipids.
