摘要
本文采用感耦等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)对地质样品中痕量稀土元素的测定进行了研究。选择了测定的最佳仪器参数;详细讨论了各种干扰因素及其校正方法。ICP-MS方法测定稀土元素分量的检出限在0.0x-0.x ng/ml范围,优于ICP-OES 1—2个数量级。因此,本文采用混合酸分解样品直接测定多数地质样中ppm级痕量稀土元素,同时采用碱熔试样—离子交换富集后实现了超基性岩试样中ppb级稀土元素分量的测定。对国家级标准样品进行测定,其结果与推荐值相符。
A method for Determining trace rare earth elements in geological materials by ICP-MS has been developed.The optimised instrumental parameters affecting analytical results have been presented.The interferences and their correction have been discussed in detail.The detection limits of individual members are from O.Ox ng/ml to O.x ng/ml which are lower than that obtained by ICP-OES with a factor of 10 to 100.REE at ppm levels in geological samples can be analyzed directly after an acid dissolution, and REE at ppb levels in ultrabasic rocks can be analyzed after alkali fusion and ion exchange precon-centration.The results obtained agree favourably with the recommended values of standard reference materials.
