摘要
本文论述了ＲＴＭ成型工艺的基本原理及工艺流程。利用固化反应动力学方程和能量控制方程得出了模腔中的温度分布，并对树脂固化程度进行预测；利用Ｄａｒｃｙ定律和流体流动状态的控制微分方程，导出了注模时间的理论计算公式。
The basic principle and process of resin transfer moulding was discussed on the basis of the kinetic equation of the resin curing reactions and the differentiating control equation of energy,it were concluded that the tempreture distribution in cavity and the prediction of the state of resin curing. Then an equation of filling time was obtained on the basis of the Darcy's Law and the analysis of the resin now state in mould.
