摘要
在SiC磨粒磨损条件下对ZTM陶瓷的耐磨性进行了试验研究,并与工具钢、PSZ陶瓷进行了比较.在球磨条件下对圆柱形ZTM,PSZ和Al2O3试样的磨损作了对比实验.分析比较了本实验条件下ZTM陶瓷磨粒磨损耐磨性与其力学性能、ZrO2相组成、显微结构以及试样中ZrO2添加量之间的相互关系,对该陶瓷的磨粒磨损过程及ZrO2相变对ZTM耐磨性的影响进行了初步探讨.
Three body abrasion experiments of ZTM ceramics under wearing condition with SiC particles were performed, in which steel and PSZ ceramics were used as the samples. Ball-mill examinations were conducted for the cylinder samples of ZTM, PSZ, ceramics to their mechanical propefties, t-ZrO2 content,their microstructure, and adding amounts of ZrO2 in samples were described. Wear process and wear mechanism for ZTM ceramics and the influence of ZrO2-phase transformation were discussed.
