摘要
采用溶胶乳化方法制备了纳米SnO_2超微粉末,并通过DTA、TG和XRD等实验手段研究了SnO_2超细微粉的晶化规律,结合红外光谱、紫外吸收光谱对粉末的结构和性能作了进一步分析.实验发现,当热处理温度低于550℃时,Sn0_2粉末的平均晶粒尺寸小于17nm.
Tin oxide ultrafine powders were prepared by sol-emulsion method. Rules incrystallization of powders were investigated by means of DTA, TG and XRD. Struc-tural changes of powders were analyzed by IR and Ultraviolet absorption spectra. Ex-perimental results indicated grain size of SnO2 is less than 17nm below 550℃.
