摘要
采用线性多目标规划法将电力系统有功调度中的经济性与安全性统一到一个数学模型中进行分析计算,该多目标规划数学模型以发电费用最小和有功静态安全最大为目标,并协调了两个目标函数中变量的关系,采用目标规划的单纯形法求解该数学模型,得到综合考虑经济性与安全性的有功运行点、有功静态安全域。文中以IEEE-30节点系统为例进行计算,结果表明本文的模型和算法是可行和有效的。
This paper develops a linear multi-objective programming model , in which theeconomic characteristic and security of power system real power dispatching can be analysedunitedly. The model obtains objectives according to minimum total costs of generation andmaximum real power steady-state security region ,and coordinates the relation of these twoobjectives, The model is calculated with objective programming simple method to get real powereconomic operation points and steady-state security regions. Numerical examples are tested onIEEE-30 bus system, the computation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of theproposed model and algorithm.
