摘要
本文详细介绍了日本英达电子公司新开发的一种 IGBT 专用集成驱动器 HR065的工作原理与特点,分析了它的特性。通过与富士电机 EXB 系列驱动器的比较,结合作者的应用实践,着重讨论了在应用中应注意的问题。最后给出了在全数字逆变器中的应用结果。
In ths paper,a novel hybrid IC HR065 for IGBTs' drive and protection is introduced in detail,This type of IC is recently developed by Nihon Inter Electronics Corporation in Japan.Its characteristics is presented and analyzed.Compared with EXB series' IC,some critical application problems are discussed.At the end of the paper, the results of application in the fully digital controlled inverters are presented.
