脂肪酸气相色谱图鉴别方形黄鼠蚤各亚种的初步研究

IDENTIFICATION OF SUBSPECIES OF CITELLOPHYLUS TESQUORUM BY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHIC PROFILES OF FATTY ACIDS

方形黄鼠蚤４个亚种在脂肪酸的组分和百分含量上具有明显不同，其中雌虫在１８个组分上有区别，雄虫在１４个组分上有区别。此外，雌虫在Ｃ１６：１和Ｃ２０：０的含量上，雄虫在Ｃ１６：１的含量上，４个亚种之间均具有显著性差异。在Ｃ１２─Ｃ２２区间内有９个含量较高的主要组分，是４个亚种所共有的。方形黄鼠蚤在我国境内分布有４个亚种即松江亚种、蒙古亚种、阿尔泰亚种和七河亚种。

Fatty acid compositions and contents(% ) of four subspecies of Citellophylus tesquoram were analysed by gas chromatography(GC). The compositions and contents of fatty acids among C. t. sungaris, C. t. mongolicus, C. t. altaicus and C. t. dzetysuensis are obviously different. Eighteen compositions in females and fourteen compositions in males among the four subspecies are different. The differences of C20:0 and C20:0 contents (%) in females and C16:1 contents (%) in males among the four subspecies are significant. On these greunds and consulting other related studies, it is considered that the four subspecies of C. tesquorum are coexistent in China.
