摘要
采用生物化学分析技术,对花尾榛鸡 Tetrastes bonasia amurensis的年周期所吃食物营养组成进行研究。结果表明,食物中营养素粗蛋白质(C.P)和粗脂肪(C.Fat)含量,均以5月最高(20.46%、14.65%);粗纤维(C.Fib)含量9月最高(41.44%);粗灰分(C.A)和无氮浸出物(N.F.E)含量,各月之间差别均不明显。矿物质磷(P)、钙(Ca)、钾(K)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)的含量,均以5月最高。维生素(vA、vE、B1、B2、B6)的含量,也以5月最高。总糖和碳水化合物含量,两者变化规律基本相同,即1—2、8—12月的相近,3—7月的相近。总氨基酸含量,以5月最高。
The present paper deals with the studies on the contents of periodic nutrient compo- nents for Hazel grouse (Tetrastes bonasia amurensis) yearly by using food-chemistry analysis technique. The results showed: It showed the highest contents in May in crude protein and crude fat in food nutrient (20. 46%. 14. 65 % ). In september the crude fiber took the first place of contents of food (41.44%). None of difference was found in the contents of crude ash and nitrogen-free extracts in monthly examination. On May. the mineral contents of P. Ca. K. Mg. Fe .showed the highest (0. 48% . 1.53% 。40. 25ppm. 0. 88ppm. 2.05ppm respectively). In May the contents of vitamin A. E. B1. B2. .B6 (69. 5mg/kg, 98. 2mg/kg, 2. 4mg/kg, 7. 2mg/kg and 3.7mg/kg) took the first place also. The contents of the general saccharide and carbohydrate changed: regularly. The contents of amino acid in the food. showed the highest: (10. 726% ) in May during breeding period off the bird,
