摘要
讨论了加入少量Cu对WC-13%Fe/Co/Ni硬质合金性能和组织的影响。叙述了在扫描电镜和透射电镜下,对该合金进行的金相观察和微观组织研究结果。结果表明,Cu有细化和球化WC晶粒的作用,当加Cu量为0.8%左右时,合金的性能最佳,其抗弯强度比未加Cu的合金高670N/mm2,可达到2370N/mm2。此外,合金在烧结后的缓冷过程中发生马氏体相变,其马氏体与γ相符合K—S取向关系。
This paper discussed the influence of small addition of copper on the pro perttes and structure of WC-13%Fe/Co/Ni cemented carbide. The results of metallographic observation and microstructure investigation on it were described in detail by using SEM and TEM. Results show that copper has a role of refining and sphericizing WC grain. In case of about 0. 8% of copper addition, optimum properties of such alloy can be obtained with a bending strength of 2370 N/mm2,670N/mm2 higher than that of alloy without copper addition. In addition,during the slow cooling process after sintering, a martensite transformation took place with a relation between martensite and γphase being in conformity with K-S orientation.
