摘要
在高氯酸底液中,当有硫氰酸盐作催化剂时,亚硝酸根能迅速与二苯胺定量生成N-亚硝基二苯胺,并产生灵敏的催化电流.峰电位E_o=-0.61V(υs.SEC),检测限2X10_(-8)mol/L,线性范围0~3 X 10_(-5)mol/L,测定了茶叶等几种食品对亚硝酸根的阻断率;乌龙茶99.1%,绿茶83.4%,大蒜45.5%,姜17.4%,嫩姜-9.8%,与文献报道相吻合.与经典方法相比,本法具有简便,灵敏和准确度高等优点.
In the supporting electrolyte of 3. 2×10-2 mol/L perchloric acid and in the presence of 8. 0×10-3 mol/L thiocyanate as a catalyst a sensitive oscillopolarographic method for the determination fo nitrite ion utilizing the rapid, and quantitative reaction between nitrite ion and diphenylamine was developed. The linear range is from 5×10-8 to 3×10-5 mol/L, and the detection limit is 2×10-8 mol/L. The blocking rate is -9. 8%, 17. 4%, 45. 4%, 83. 4% and 99.1% for tender ginger, ginger, garlic, green tea and oolong tea, respectively.
