摘要
应用X-射线衍射(XRD),程序升温还原(TPR),穆斯堡尔谱(MBS)以及CO+H_2催化反应性能测试等手段研究了K,Mn,La,Ce四种助剂对Fe_2O_3/ZrO_2催化剂结构、还原行为以及CO+H_2反应催化性能的影响。结果表明,助剂的类型具有明显影响,适当助剂的加入可以明显提高催化剂的CO转化率,降低甲烷选择性,提高低碳烃选择性。1.K助剂:碱性助剂K的加入对催化剂的结构影响很小,但使催化剂的还原变难,在CO加氢反应中提高了催化剂的催化活性和低碳烯烃的选择性,并降低了甲烷的选择性。2.Mn助剂:Mn助剂的加入明显提高了铁的分散度,并使得Fe_2O_3的还原变得困难,在CO+H_2反应中提高了催化剂的催化活性和低碳烯烃的选择性,抑制了甲烷的生成。3.La助剂:新物相LaFeO_3的生成促进了CO的解离,提高了CO转化率,但产物中甲烷的选择性也随之增加。4.Ce助剂:Ce助剂对催化剂结构的影响与Mn助剂相似,助剂的加入明显提高了铁的分散度,也使得Fe_2O_3的还原变得较为困难。在CO加氢反应中提高了催化剂的催化活性和低碳烯烃的选择性,并降低了甲烷的选择性。
The structure,reduction behavior and catalytic properties of Fe_2O_3/ZrO_2 catalysts promoted with K,Mn, La and Ce ions, respectively, have been studied by XRD, TPR Mossbauer spectroscopy, and CO hydrogenation catalytic reaction.It is shown that addition of the above ions exerts great influence on the catalytic properties of the catalyst. In all cases, the specific activities of Fe_2O_3/ZrO_2 for CO hydrogenation are enhanced, but the change in selectivity is different from one to another. Based on the nature of the interactions between the additives and the active components,the promoting effects of these additives are discussed.
