摘要
采用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变诱导、V79细胞姐妹染色单体交换和染色体畸变诱导等8项实验,就绿茶提取物对香烟烟雾冷凝物(CSC)遗传毒性的影响作了初步研究。实验结果提示,绿茶水溶性提取物和绿茶抗氧化成分提取物能抑制CSC诱导的TA98回复突变,部分抑制V79细胞染色体畸变。
The effects of green tea extracts on the genotoxicity of cigarette smoke con densate(CSC) were observed in three assays: Salmonella typhimurium/microsome test, the induction of sister chromatid exchang and chromosome aberration in V79 cells. Both green tea aqueous extract and fraction 6 of green tea antioxidant extract can inhibit the backward mutation of strain TA98 induced by CSC. The two extracts had no influence on SCE in V79 cells put partly decreased the chromosome aberration in V79 cells treated with CSC.
