脾虚小鼠的吞噬细胞功能状态及健脾合剂对其的影响

Phagocytic Function of Mice With Spleen-Defeciency & Effect of Jianpi Heji

为了观察健脾合剂对脾虚小鼠吞噬细胞功能的影响，测定了脾虚模型小鼠在造模和健脾合剂治疗后，免疫器官重量和吞噬细胞功能的变化。结果表明，与正常小鼠比较，脾虚小鼠脾、胸腺重量以及全血白细胞、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能显著低下（Ｐ＜０．０１）；经健脾合剂治疗后，上述变化可得到纠正而趋于正常。说明健脾合剂具有提高机体免疫功能的作用。本实验亦验证中医脾虚的发生与免疫功能低下有着密切关系。

For the observation of the effect of Jianpi Heji(Mixture for Reinforcing Spleen)to the phagocytic function of mice with spleen defeciency,the weight of immune organs and the change of phagocytic function in the mice with spleen defeciency and in that after treated with Jianpi Heji were determined.The result showed that the weight of spleen and thymus,the WBC in whole blood and phagocytic function of macrophage in mice with spleen defeciency were obvioushy lower than that in normal mice(P<0.01).After treated with Jianpi Heji the above mentioned changes were corrected and were tending towards normal.It indicates that Jianpi Heji has the effect of improving immunologic function and the spleen defeciency is closely related to immunologic inadequacy.
