摘要
模拟宝钢2050mm热带钢连轧粗轧机组调宽轧制工艺,得到不同铸坯宽度压下效率、立辊轧制狗骨高度和宽度以及平轧轧制时宽展量等的变化规律。为制定合理的调宽轧制压下规程,R_4机架轧后板坯实现最小切头、切尾损失,最大程度实现连铸坯宽度尺寸集约化提供了可靠的依据。
Based on rough mill of 2050 mm hot wide strip mill at Baoshan Iron and Steel Corporation,a technologically simula ted experimentation of edging rolling on rough mill was adopted.The varying regularity of edging efficiency value ηfor different slab width,reasonable value DM and D_P for edging rolling,widening value of flat rolling after edging rolling,minimum value △W_aand △W_r for flat rolling were gained. These resuls provide a reliable basis for making reasonable reduction rules of edging rolling,Minimum croploss of head and tail after stand R4,maximum centralization of continuous casting slab width dimension;
