摘要 双氧水冷堆工艺在室温下能将退、煮、漂三步法合并成一步完成。通过双氧水的氧化作用,氧化降解浆料及原棉中的杂质,使其溶解而去除;同时切断色素分子共轭体系,达到消色漂白目的。双氧水冷堆漂白工艺既节约能源又使设备简单化。经该工艺生产的半成品白度高、缩水率低,质量指标均好于正常工艺。 The peroxide cold-batch process can shorten desizing,scouring and bleaching processes to one-step process under atmospheric temperature. Peroxide can decompose the sizes and impurities remained in raw cotton, resolving it and then removing it, meantime, peroxide can also destroy the conjugation system of colouring matters, thus eliminating colours and achieving the effect of bleaching. This process can not only save energy, but also simplifies the equipments required.The qualifications of the fabric treated by this process, such as whiteness and rate of shrinkage etc., are better than the traditional processes.
