摘要
以硫磺和对二氯苯为原料,在极性有机溶剂中,用以羧酸盐为主的复合催化体系成功地合成了高分子量PPS树脂。合成的PPS树脂经红外光谱分析、激光拉曼光谱分析-、X-射线衍射分析以及热分析后表明,该树脂与日本吴羽化学工业公司第二代线形高分子量PPS树脂Fortron具有相同的结构和性质,为线形高分子量PPS树脂。该树脂具有分子量高,熔融粘度低,加工时几乎不变色等特点。
Linear and high-molecular-weight poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS)resin was successfully synthesized 'with sulfur and p-dichlorobenzene as raw materials and a multicomponent metal Carboxylate as catalyst in polar organic solvent.It has been showed by IR spectroscopy .Raman spectroscopy ,X -ray diffraction and thermal analysis that this product,with the same structure and property as the linear and high-molecular-weight PPS resin Fortron. The second generation product made by Kureha Chemical Industry Co. Ltd. , Japan,is a kind of linear and high-molecular-weight PPS resin and has the characteristics of higher molecular weight,lower melt viscosity .higher melting colour stability and better thermal stability.
