摘要
我们在以氢化油为唯一碳源的培养基上培养分离到一株根霉菌,该菌能分泌高温脂肪酶。本文对固态培养条件及产酶工艺条件进行了初步研究。在36℃培养42小时,产酶可达147ug^(-1)(绝干曲)。该脂肪酶的最佳作用pH和温度分别为7.2和58℃。
Rhizopus sp. A-7 producing a thermostable lipase was isolated from medium with the hydrogenated oil as sole carbon source. The strain grew well in the medium containing 0.5% (NH4)2SO4, 3% corn steep liquor, 1% hydrogenated oil, 0.1% KH2PO4, 0.05% MgSO4 · 7H2O, with malt sprut as support substrat. The optimal pH and temperature of the lipase was 7.2 and 58°C, respec tively. The yield of lipase was maximum at 36°C after 42 hrs, reaching 147 u/g (solid medium, dry weight).
